2022 Supermarket fresh food suppliers evaluation and selection with multigranularity unbalanced hesitant fuzzy linguistic information based on prospect theory and evidential theory
abstract
The selection and evaluation of fresh food suppliers is the primary problem for supermarkets. This problem is solved by a new multiattribute group decision-making method with multigranular unbalanced hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set, which is based on prospect theory and evidential theory. Then, a novel supermarket fresh food supplier evaluation index is constructed with 5 elements and 15 indicators. To get the reasonable weights, best–worst method, criteria importance through intercriteria correlation method, and game theory are applied. Moreover, three methods are compared to prove our proposed method's validity and superiority. Finally, this paper offers analysis and suggestions based on the results from strategy level and statics level, respectively.

2008 A systematic study on emergency policy documents for quick response
abstract
When an emergency breaks out, quick and effective command-assignment is the important means for minimize the losses. To achieve quick and effective command-assignment, we generally depend on relevant policy documents, such as emergency plans, laws and regulations. There are many kinds of emergencies, and their related policy documents are miscellaneous, so when several emergencies take place at the same time, it is necessary for us to have a certain method to manage these related documents. According to the knowledge requirements toward whole emergency documents on macro-levels, the systematic structures of emergency policy documents are studied; and then the relationship between emergency plans and laws is analyzed; at last a management method for emergency plans, laws and regulations is proposed in this paper, and it can help decision-makers obtain the necessary policy documents related to the current emergencies.

1993 Asymptotic convergence of feedback error learning method and improvement of learning speed
abstract
Deals with the improvement of learning speed based on the analysis of the convergence of the feedback error learning method. The authors derive the condition for the asymptotic convergence of the feedback error learning method for each trial. This condition is the relationship between the learning rate and the /spl alpha/ function, which is calculated from the input-output relationship of the system. Using the /spl alpha/ function obtained above, a high-speed learning method for a trajectory control system is obtained. Simulations results are given for the trajectory control of a 1 link robot manipulator in two cases: (1) using a general feedback error learning method and (2) using the proposed high-speed learning method. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed conditions and learning method.
