| 2025 | COCOMAPS 2.0: a web server for identifying, analyzing, and visualizing atomic interactions at the interface of biomolecular complexesabstractSUMMARY: Herein, we present COCOMAPS 2.0, for the analysis, visualization, and comparison of the interface in protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid complexes. COCOMAPS 2.0 complements the residue-level and buried surface area analyses of the original COCOMAPS tool with a comprehensive and accurate atomic-level characterization of the interface, enabling detailed interpretation of molecular recognition. Furthermore, it provides a greatly enhanced flexibility, interactivity, and efficiency in graphical visualizations. AVAILABILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION: COCOMAPS 2.0 is accessible as a public web tool at https://aocdweb.com/BioTools/cocomaps2 and as a standalone code at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17390665. | 2019 | RecBoard: A Web-based Platform for Recommendation System Research and DevelopmentabstractThis paper introduces RecBoard, a unified web-based platform that facilitates researchers and practitioners to train, test, deploy, and monitor recommendation systems. RecBoard streamlines the end-to-end process of building recommendation systems by providing a collaborative user interface that automates repetitive tasks related to dataset management, model training, visualization, deployments, and monitoring. Our demo prototype demonstrates how RecBoard can empower common tasks in research and development. RecBoard will be open-sourced and publicly available upon publication. | 2007 | A data-oriented (and beyond) network architectureabstractThe Internet has evolved greatly from its original incarnation. For instance, the vast majority of current Internet usage is data retrieval and service access, whereas the architecture was designed around host-to-host applications such as telnet and ftp. Moreover, the original Internet was a purely transparent carrier of packets, but now the various network stakeholders use middleboxes to improve security and accelerate applications. To adapt to these changes, we propose the Data-Oriented Network Architecture (DONA), which involves a clean-slate redesign of Internet naming and name resolution.
