2026 Seeing through the Conflict: Transparent Knowledge Conflict Handling in Retrieval-Augmented Generation
abstract
Large language models (LLMs) equipped with retrieval—the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) paradigm—should combine their parametric knowledge with external evidence, yet in practice they often hallucinate, over-trust noisy snippets, or ignore vital context. We introduce TCR (Transparent Conflict Resolution), a plug-and-play framework that makes this decision process observable and controllable. TCR (i) disentangles semantic match and factual consistency via dual contrastive encoders, (ii) estimates self-answerability to gauge confidence in internal memory, and (iii) feeds the three scalar signals to the generator through a lightweight soft-prompt with SNR-based weighting. Across seven benchmarks TCR improves conflict detection (+5–18 F₁), raises knowledge-gap recovery by +21.4 percentage points and cuts misleading-context overrides by –29.3 percentage points, while adding only 0.3% parameters. The signals align with human judgements and expose temporal decision patterns.

2022 The Multimodal Emotion Information Analysis of E-Commerce Online Pricing in Electronic Word of Mouth
abstract
E-commerce has developed rapidly, and product promotion refers to how e-commerce promotes consumers' consumption activities. The demand and computational complexity in the decision-making process are urgent problems to be solved to optimize dynamic pricing decisions of the e-commerce product lines. Therefore, a Q-learning algorithm model based on the neural network is proposed on the premise of multimodal emotion information recognition and analysis, and the dynamic pricing problem of the product line is studied. The results show that a multi-modal fusion model is established through the multi-modal fusion of speech emotion recognition and image emotion recognition to classify consumers' emotions. Then, they are used as auxiliary materials for understanding and analyzing the market demand. The long short-term memory (LSTM) classifier performs excellent image feature extraction. The accuracy rate is 3.92%-6.74% higher than that of other similar classifiers, and the accuracy rate of the image single-feature optimal model is 9.32% higher than that of the speech single-feature model.

2022 Financial Risk Early Warning Model of Listed Companies Under Rough Set Theory Using BPNN
abstract
In order to reduce the risk of enterprise management, the financial risk early warning methods of listed companies are mainly studied. The financial risk characteristics of listed companies are analysed. With the help of rough set theory, the financial risk indicators are selected, and the financial risk early warning index system is established. The financial risk early warning model is constructed by using back propagation neural network (BPNN) algorithm based on deep learning. Finally, the accuracy and feasibility of the constructed neural network model are verified. The results show that rough set theory can be used to screen financial risk indicators and select important indicators, which can simplify the data and reduce the complexity of calculation. BPNN can calculate the simplified data and identify and evaluate the financial risk. Empirical analysis shows that the proposed method can shorten the training time of the model to a certain extent, and improve the accuracy of financial risk prediction.
