2026 HiFi-Mamba: Dual-Stream ?-Laplacian Enhanced Mamba for High-Fidelity MRI Reconstruction
abstract
Reconstructing high-fidelity MR images from undersampled k-space data remains a challenging problem in MRI. While Mamba variants for vision tasks offer promising long-range modeling capabilities with linear-time complexity, their direct application to MRI reconstruction inherits two key limitations: (1) insensitivity to high-frequency anatomical details; and (2) reliance on redundant multi-directional scanning. To address these limitations, we introduce High-Fidelity Mamba (HiFi-Mamba), a novel dual-stream Mamba-based architecture comprising stacked ?-Laplacian (WL) and HiFi-Mamba blocks. Specifically, the WL block performs fidelity-preserving spectral decoupling, producing complementary low- and high-frequency streams. This separation enables the HiFi-Mamba block to focus on low-frequency structures, enhancing global feature modeling. Concurrently, the HiFi-Mamba block selectively integrates high-frequency features through adaptive state-space modulation, preserving comprehensive spectral details. To eliminate the scanning redundancy, the HiFi-Mamba block adopts a streamlined unidirectional traversal strategy that preserves long-range modeling capability with improved computational efficiency. Extensive experiments on standard MRI reconstruction benchmarks demonstrate that HiFi-Mamba consistently outperforms state-of-the-art CNN-based, Transformer-based, and other Mamba-based models in reconstruction accuracy while maintaining a compact and efficient model design.

2025 Machine Well Screening Method Based on POI Data and DBSCAN Clustering Algorithm
abstract
Maintaining machinery wells, key to groundwater sustainability, is vital for managing these precious resources. In keeping with the need for effective groundwater management, this study introduces a screening process leveraging the Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) clustering algorithm and incorporating point of interest (POI) and spatial correlation assessment. Specifically, this approach was utilized in the Fangshan District, Beijing, to detect illegal water extraction wells and bolster water resource management. By integrating POI and land use categorization, we performed a water demand overlay analysis, considering public water provision and well distribution. ArcGIS spatial analysis helped us pinpoint POIs with significant water demand. The DBSCAN clustering algorithm was then employed to scrutinize potential problematic wells. The credibility and practicality of this methodology were confirmed through field studies, meeting current governance standards. The study identified 14 potential unregistered wells, of which 5 were confirmed to be unauthorized, primarily located in Shidu and Zhangfang Towns. Field checks confirmed these findings, highlighting the need for improved groundwater management and validating our method’s reliability. Based on these findings, we propose additional steps to enhance groundwater extraction management. This research shows how the use of POI data and the DBSCAN algorithm can aid groundwater resource management in Fangshan District and potentially serve as a model for other regions.

2012 Semi-Supervised Learning: Exploiting Unlabeled Data with Symmetrical Distribution and High confidence
abstract
Current existing representative works to semi-supervised incremental learning prefer to select unlabeled instances predicted with high confidence for model retraining. However, this strategy may degrade the classification performance rather than improve it, because relying on high confidence for data selection can lead to an erroneous estimate to the true distribution, especially when the confidence annotator is highly correlated with the confidence annotator. In this paper, a new semi-supervised incremental learning algorithm was proposed, which selected the high confidence unlabeled instances with symmetrical distribution from unlabeled data, it can reduce the bias in the estimation in some degree. In detail, expectation maximization algorithm was used to estimate the confidence of each instance, and Gaussian function was used to calculate the data distribution, then the selected unlabeled data was used for retraining model with classifier algorithm. The experimental results based on a large number of UCI data sets show that our algorithm can effectively exploit unlabeled data to enhance the learning performance.

2011 A Stochastic-Petri-Net-Based Model for Ontology-Based Service Compositions
abstract
OWL-S, one of the most significant Semantic web service ontologies proposed to date, provides Web Service providers with a core ontological framework and guidelines for describing the properties and capabilities of their web Services in unambiguous, computer interpretable form. In this paper, we propose a probabilistic model for OWL-S processes, employing the Non-markovian stochastic Petri net(NMSPN) as the intermediate representation. A set of translation rules is defined for constructs and activities of OWL-S so that processes specified in OWL-S can be translated into NMSPN. Based on the NMSPN representation, analytical methods for QoS analysis can be designed.
