| 2025 | Topo2Seq: Enhanced Topology Reasoning via Topology Sequence LearningabstractExtracting lane topology from perspective views (PV) is crucial for planning and control in autonomous driving. This approach extracts potential drivable trajectories for self-driving vehicles without relying on high-definition (HD) maps. However, the unordered nature and weak long-range perception of the DETR-like framework can result in misaligned segment endpoints and limited topological prediction capabilities. Inspired by the learning of contextual relationships in language models, the connectivity relations in roads can be characterized as explicit topology sequences. In this paper, we introduce Topo2Seq, a novel approach for enhancing topology reasoning via topology sequences learning. The core concept of Topo2Seq is a randomized order prompt-to-sequence learning between lane segment decoder and topology sequence decoder. The dual-decoder branches simultaneously learn the lane topology sequences extracted from the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) and the lane graph containing geometric information. Randomized order prompt-to-sequence learning extracts unordered key points from the lane graph predicted by the lane segment decoder, which are then fed into the prompt design of the topology sequence decoder to reconstruct an ordered and complete lane graph. In this way, the lane segment decoder learns powerful long-range perception and accurate topological reasoning from the topology sequence decoder. Notably, topology sequence decoder is only introduced during training and does not affect the inference efficiency. Experimental evaluations on the OpenLane-V2 dataset demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of Topo2Seq in topology reasoning. | 2024 | DRL-based computing offloading approach for large-scale heterogeneous tasks in mobile edge computingabstractAbstract In the last few years, the rapid advancement of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the widespread adoption of smart cities have posed new challenges to computing services. Traditional cloud computing models fail to fulfil the rapid response requirement of latency‐sensitive applications, while mobile edge computing (MEC) improves service efficiency and customer experience by transferring computing tasks to servers located at the network edge. However, designing an effective computing offloading strategy in complex scenarios involving multiple computing tasks, nodes, and services remains a pressing issue. In this paper, a computing offloading approach based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) is proposed for large‐scale heterogeneous computing tasks. First, Markov Decision Processes (MDPs) is used to formulate computing offloading decision and resource allocation problems in large‐scale heterogeneous MEC systems. Subsequently, a comprehensive framework comprising the "end‐edge‐cloud" along with the corresponding time‐overhead and resource allocation models is constructed. Finally, through extensive experiments on real datasets, the proposed approach is demonstrated to outperform existing methods in enhancing service response speed, reducing latency, balancing server loads, and saving energy. | 2023 | Edge Intelligence-Driven Meteorological Knowledge Graph for Real-Time Decision-MakingabstractMeteorological decision-making is a crucial element in the meteorological disaster warning and prevention field. With the increasing frequency of meteorological disasters and the rapid development of edge intelligence, there is an urgent need to establish a meteorological early-warning platform that reduces human resource investment, decreases operating costs, and provides targeted information and response suggestions. Therefore, we propose the development of real-time decision-making based on edge intelligence-driven meteorological knowledge graph (EMKG), and aim to achieve meteorological emergency decision-making by combining the knowledge graph with edge intelligence. First, we collect data through edge devices and perform preprocessing and preliminary analysis on these devices to reduce the time and bandwidth requirements for data transmission to the cloud. Based on the above data, meteorological entity recognition and relation extraction were completed using techniques such as BERT, BiLSTM, CRF, and data augmentation. Then we trained a text generation model and deployed it on edge devices to achieve real-time meteorological decision-making. The experimental results show that EMKG effectively integrates edge intelligence and knowledge graph, and further improves the real-time and accuracy of meteorological decision-making.
