1997 PNPACK: Computing with Probabilities in Java
abstract
This paper outlines several benefits and disadvantages of Java as the implementation language for a probabilistic inference package. Our focus is the linguistic features that make Java appropriate or inappropriate for this task. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

abstract
Group graphs are used to implement and reduce routing time in a domain whose associated operators are invariant under a group of invariances in a massively parallel environment. The algorithms are implemented in a program that solves chess endgames, part of whose space is invariant under a noncommutative crystallographic group.>
