2013 Uncertain Linguistic Prioritized Aggregation Operators and their Application to Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making
abstract
In this paper, we investigate the uncertain linguistic multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the attributes and experts are in different priority level. Motivated by the idea of prioritized aggregation operators (R. R. Yager, Prioritized aggregation operators, Int. J. Approximate Reasoning48 (2008) 263–274.), we develop some prioritized aggregation operators for aggregating uncertain linguistic information, and then apply them to develops some models for uncertain linguistic multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the attributes and experts are in different priority level. Finally, a practical example about talent introduction is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

2011 Some harmonic Aggregation Operators with 2-Tuple Linguistic Assessment Information and their Application to Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making
abstract
With respect to multiple attribute group decision making problems with linguistic information of attribute values, a group decision analysis is proposed. Some new aggregation operators are proposed: the 2-tuple linguistic weighted harmonic averaging (TWHA), 2-tuple linguistic ordered weighted harmonic averaging (TOWHA) and 2-tuple linguistic combined weighted harmonic averaging (TCWHA) operator and properties of the operators are analyzed. Then, a method based on the TWHA and TCWHA operators for multiple attribute group decision making is presented. In this approach, alternative appraisal values are calculated by the aggregation of 2-tuple linguistic information. Thus, the ranking of alternative or selection of the most desirable alternative(s) is obtained by the comparison of 2-tuple linguistic information. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

2009 Some Geometric Aggregation Functions and their Application to Dynamic Multiple Attribute Decision Making in the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Setting
abstract
The intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function, was introduced by [K. Atanassov, "Intuitionistic fuzzy sets", Fuzzy Sets and Systems20 (1986) 87–96] as a generalization of Zadeh' fuzzy set [L. A. Zadeh, "Fuzzy sets", Information and Control8 (1965) 338–356] to deal with fuzziness and uncertainty. In this paper, the dynamic multiple attribute decision making (DMADM) problems with intuitionistic fuzzy information are investigated. The notions of intuitionistic fuzzy variable and uncertain intuitionistic fuzzy variable are defined, and two new aggregation operators called dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (DIFWG) operator and uncertain dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (UDIFWG) operator are proposed. Moreover, a procedure based on the DIFWG and IFWG operators is developed to solve the dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems where all the decision information about attribute values takes the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers collected at different periods, and a procedure based on the UDIFWG and IIWG operators is developed for uncertain dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems under interval uncertainty in which all the decision information about attribute values takes the form of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers collected at different periods. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

2001 Lagrange wavelets for signal processing
abstract
This paper deals with the design of interpolating wavelets based on a variety of Lagrange functions, combined with novel signal processing techniques for digital imaging. Halfband Lagrange wavelets, B-spline Lagrange wavelets and Gaussian Lagrange (Lagrange distributed approximating functional (DAF)) wavelets are presented as specific examples of the generalized Lagrange wavelets. Our approach combines the perceptually dependent visual group normalization (VGN) technique and a softer logic masking (SLM) method. These are utilized to rescale the wavelet coefficients, remove perceptual redundancy and obtain good visual performance for digital image processing.

1999 Generalized Perona-Malik equation for image restoration
abstract
This article introduces generalizations of the Perona-Malik (1990) equation. An edge enhancing functional is proposed for direct edge enhancement. A number of super diffusion operators is introduced for fast and effective smoothing. Statistical information is utilized for robust edge-stopping. Numerical integration is conducted by using a previously developed quasi-interpolating wavelet method. Computer experiments indicate that the present algorithm is very efficient for edge-detecting and noise-removing.
