| 2023 | Observer-Based Boundary Fuzzy Control Design of Nonlinear Parabolic PDE Systems Using Mobile SensorsabstractThis article studies the boundary fuzzy control problem for nonlinear parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) systems under spatially noncollocated mobile sensors. In a real setup, sensors and actuators can never be placed at the same location, and the noncollocated setting may be beneficial in some application scenarios. The control design is very difficult due to the noncollocated mobile observation, which can be solved by an observer-based technique. At first, a Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy PDE model is devoted to accurately representing the nonlinear parabolic PDE system. Next, we present a state estimation scheme including fuzzy Luenberger-type PDE state observer plus mobile sensor guidance. Then, an observer-based boundary fuzzy controller is posed to render the resulting closed-loop system exponentially stable, and the exponential decay rate is increased by the designed mobile sensor guidance laws. At last, two examples verify the proposed method. Xiao-Wei Zhang, Huai-Ning Wu, Jin-Liang Wang 0001, Yue Ji, Nannan Rong |

| 2016 | Privacy Preserving Distance Learning with Smart PhonesabstractDistance learning is essential for students in remote areas. According to some investigations, there are more and more students taking online courses using smart phones. Nevertheless, there is a risk of privacy violation, if the distance learning system is not properly designed. In this paper, we design a privacy preserving scheme for distant learning, in which students use smart phones to access online courses and materials. We use ARM TrustZone technology to store the sensitive data and we adopt strong cryptographic tools in designing our scheme. Our analysis and evaluation demonstrate that our scheme is indeed privacy preserving with high efficiency. Baojia Zhang, Yue Ji |

| 2011 | Security Protection for Online Learning of MusicabstractOver the past decades, more and more online resources are provided as the primary teaching medium, or as a forum for knowledge networking and discussion, or information exchange with peers or experts. In the field of music education, online education offers much convenience to learners, and satisfies them with difference demands, which inevitably attracts more potential learner to participate and thus becomes a hot topic in both remote education and economy. However, the security protection of online music learning system is poorly designed in existing systems. By exploiting the vulnerability of authentication, the attackers may masquerade as users and steal personal information, such as name, birth of date or credit card number. In this paper, we present a novel remote authentication scheme using smart card. Our scheme guarantees that we provide much better security for users of all online music learning systems.
