1991 Numerical simulator for superconducting integrated circuits
abstract
A numerical simulator for the analysis of Josephson logic circuits that uses numerical methods and dynamic memory allocation, and is capable of simulating a wide variety of superconducting and conventional circuits, is described. The program uses SPICE-like input syntax and is capable of both static and dynamic analysis. The basic operation of Josephson logic is explained and an example simulation is given.>

1988 Mixed-mode PISCES-SPICE coupled circuit and device solver
abstract
A computer program has been written to allow simultaneous solution of an electrical network containing both nonlinear circuit elements and two-dimensional finite-element solid-state models. The circuit solver is based on the popular SPICE-II program, while the PISCES-II program is used to model the solid-state devices. Both steady-state DC and time-dependent solutions are possible. Additional features have also been added to the solid-state model, including photogeneration and the optional use of cylindrical coordinates.>
