2026 Hierarchical Structure-Property Alignment for Data-Efficient Molecular Generation and Editing
abstract
Property-constrained molecular generation and editing are crucial in AI-driven drug discovery but remain hindered by two factors: (i) capturing the complex relationships between molecular structures and multiple properties remains challenging, and (ii) the narrow coverage and incomplete annotations of molecular properties weaken the effectiveness of property-based models. To tackle these limitations, we propose HSPAG, a data-efficient framework featuring hierarchical structure–property alignment. By treating SMILES and molecular properties as complementary modalities, the model learns their relationships at atom, substructure, and whole-molecule levels. Moreover, we select representative samples through scaffold clustering and hard samples via an auxiliary variational auto-encoder (VAE), substantially reducing the required pre-training data. In addition, we incorporate a property relevance-aware masking mechanism and diversified perturbation strategies to enhance generation quality under sparse annotations. Experiments demonstrate that HSPAG captures fine-grained structure–property relationships and supports controllable generation under multiple property constraints. Two real-world case studies further validate the editing capabilities of HSPAG.

2026 DenseSplat: Densifying Gaussian Splatting SLAM With Neural Radiance Prior
abstract
Gaussian SLAM systems excel in real-time rendering and fine-grained reconstruction compared to NeRF-based systems. However, their reliance on extensive keyframes is impractical for deployment in real-world robotic systems, which typically operate under sparse-view conditions that can result in substantial holes in the map. To address these challenges, we introduce DenseSplat, the first SLAM system that effectively combines the advantages of NeRF and 3DGS. DenseSplat utilizes sparse keyframes and NeRF priors for initializing primitives that densely populate maps and seamlessly fill gaps. It also implements geometry-aware primitive sampling and pruning strategies to manage granularity and enhance rendering efficiency. Moreover, DenseSplat integrates loop closure and bundle adjustment, significantly enhancing frame-to-frame tracking accuracy. Extensive experiments on multiple large-scale datasets demonstrate that DenseSplat achieves superior performance in tracking and mapping compared to current state-of-the-art methods.

2025 DeRainGS: Gaussian Splatting for Enhanced Scene Reconstruction in Rainy Environments
abstract
Reconstruction under adverse rainy conditions poses significant challenges due to reduced visibility and the distortion of visual perception. These conditions can severely impair the quality of geometric maps, which is essential for applications ranging from autonomous planning to environmental monitoring. In response to these challenges, this study introduces the novel task of 3D Reconstruction in Rainy Environments (3DRRE), specifically designed to address the complexities of reconstructing 3D scenes under rainy conditions. To benchmark this task, we construct the HydroViews dataset that comprises a diverse collection of both synthesized and real-world scene images characterized by various intensities of rain streaks and raindrops. Furthermore, we propose DeRainGS, the first 3DGS method tailored for reconstruction in adverse rainy environments. Extensive experiments across a wide range of rain scenarios demonstrate that our method delivers state-of-the-art performance, remarkably outperforming existing occlusion-free methods by a large margin.

2025 I2-NeRF: Learning Neural Radiance Fields Under Physically-Grounded Media Interactions
abstract
Participating in efforts to endow generative AI with the 3D physical world perception, we propose I2-NeRF, a novel neural radiance field framework that enhances isometric and isotropic metric perception under media degradation. While existing NeRF models predominantly rely on object-centric sampling, I2-NeRF introduces a reverse-stratified upsampling strategy to achieve near-uniform sampling across 3D space, thereby preserving isometry. We further present a general radiative formulation for media degradation that unifies emission, absorption, and scattering into a particle model governed by the Beer–Lambert attenuation law. By matting direct and media-induced in-scatter radiance, this formulation extends naturally to complex media environments such as underwater, haze, and even low-light scenes. By treating light propagation uniformly in both vertical and horizontal directions, I2-NeRF enables isotropic metric perception and can even estimate medium properties such as water depth. Experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that our method significantly improves both reconstruction fidelity and physical plausibility compared to existing approaches. 2025 MG-SLAM: Structure Gaussian Splatting SLAM With Manhattan World Hypothesis
abstract
Gaussian Splatting SLAMs have made significant advancements in improving the efficiency and fidelity of real-time reconstructions. However, these systems often encounter incomplete reconstructions in complex indoor environments, characterized by substantial holes due to unobserved geometry caused by obstacles or limited view angles. To address this challenge, we present Manhattan Gaussian SLAM, an RGB-D system that leverages the Manhattan World hypothesis to enhance geometric accuracy and completeness. By seamlessly integrating fused line segments derived from structured scenes, our method ensures robust tracking in textureless indoor areas. Moreover, The extracted lines and planar surface assumption allow strategic interpolation of new Gaussians in regions of missing geometry, enabling efficient scene completion. Extensive experiments conducted on both synthetic and real-world scenes demonstrate that these advancements enable our method to achieve state-of-the-art performance, marking a substantial improvement in the capabilities of Gaussian SLAM systems.

2009 Monolithic Graphene Nanoribbon Electronics for Interconnect Performance Improvement
abstract
In this paper, multilayer graphene nanoribbon (GNR) is proposed as an emerging interconnect solution, which can be integrated with GNR devices to establish a monolithic GNR circuit. Both interconnect resistance and gate capacitance in this circuit are significantly reduced, leading to an RC delay improvement up to 60%. Since the interconnect performance determines the IC operations, this proposed monolithic GNR electronics open new opportunities to establish high-performance nanoscale ICs.

2003 Data mining about hyperspectral data of winter wheat based on data warehouse and data organization
abstract
How does one effectively manage spectral data to find information oriented subjects? How does one mine the spectral data in observation intervals from data in existence? In this paper, a tree data structure, which includes dimension tables and fact tables, is presented to establish the top architecture and tie together the various data tables, for instance, spectrum data and its interrelated matching parameters. A new method on mining canopy spectra in observation intervals is discussed, which is based on certain crop models and the tree structure data warehouse. At last, a case on vegetation spectral simulation is given to test the structure of a data warehouse and to verify the data mining method using SE590 data obtaining during the field experiment conducted from March to May 2001 in Shunyi, Beijing, China (40/spl deg/00'-40/spl deg/18'N, 116/spl deg/28'-116/spl deg/58'E).

2003 Study on the quality of hyperspectral vegetation data observed in the field
abstract
A measurement model on spectra quality is presented through a bigram composed of a spectra quality grade and a metadata integrality grade. Quantitative describing datasets and qualitative describing datasets of spectra quality are extracted with spectra enveloping line analysis, spectra line profile analysis, principles of relative parameters matching and spectra prior knowledge. The quality grade is converted from subordinative degree of eigenpoints and eigenvalues from quantitative datasets. The metadata integrality grade is obtained by visiting each node in a multicross tree by which metadata about vegetation spectra is organized. The two grades make up a bigram by which one can evaluate vegetation spectra quality.
