The picture of entrepreneurs is changing with technology and women increasingly utilizing digital agility to navigate their careers. While several studies examine digital and female entrepreneurship, few investigate their integration, especially the democratizing potential of digital platforms. This study explores whether digital agility helps women overcome gender barriers in entrepreneurship through a cyberfeminist lens. Results show that although digital platforms may aid digital fempreneurship, barriers remain. The study identifies a double paradox of emancipation and conquest. This research pushes the boundaries of cyberfeminism and paradox theory, providing empirical evidence of platform power in entrepreneurship. It is among the first to identify barriers within the digital fempreneurship realm.

This study examines the relationship between cognitive awareness and perceived knowledge of sports fans’ social media engagement behaviors. Data were collected through an online survey of 236 adults from India who identified as Indian Premier League (IPL) fans. The findings of the study suggest that perceived knowledge and cognitive awareness of sports are precursors to social media engagement behaviors of sports fans. Further, sports fandom mediates links between perceived knowledge and cognitive awareness with social media engagement. The findings hold special significance for contemporary COVID scenarios because physical engagement is being substituted by digital engagement.

Given the strategic importance of knowledge in current competitive business environment, it becomes imperative to unfold the possible avenues to motivate the employees to share knowledge with fellow-members in the organization. The article investigates, mechanism of influence of job satisfaction on knowledge sharing behavior of Indian IT- professionals from the lens of social-exchange theory and Job demands-Resources (JD-R) model. A longitudinal study of 106 respondents from Indian IT firms indicates that job satisfaction directly and indirectly encourages the individual to share their knowledge. Specifically, the authors found trust in management and psychological safety mediated this relationship. Implications of their findings for practice and limitations of the study and directions for future research have also been discussed.
