Achieving Zero-carbonizing electricity growth is a priority decarbonization issue. Multi-pronged policies such as TGC, RPS, and CET have been implemented in the power sector. How to deal with the different pressures generated by the above policies in minimizing costs at the same time is an important issue worth discussing. This paper constructs the framework that includes TGC futures trading, carbon emissions trading, and inter-provincial power trading under the quota system. Specifically, we construct the realization cost function of the RPS target, carbon cap and electricity demand, divide the provinces into buyers and suppliers, optimize the power generation, and distribute the gains based on the Shapley Value method. A simulation analysis of four Chinese provinces showed that each province has gained more benefits and less carbon emissions from inter-province trading, resulting in a win-win situation. Those conclusions provide some insightful references for the future development of power market design and decarbonization.

In today's dynamic business environment, numerous organizations are turning to cloud ERP implementation to enhance their operational efficiency and maintain uninterrupted business operations. Consequently, the literature has witnessed a surge in research at the intersection of cloud ERP and enterprise resilience (ER) over the past decade. This paper aims to present a systematic literature review (SLR) and the authors contribute to the existing literature by (1) exploring the connection between cloud ERP and ER, (2) analyzing how cloud ERP supports three key elements of ER—readiness, response, and recovery—and the intertwined mediators and moderators, and (3) proposing a conceptual framework at the nexus of cloud ERP and ER. The review concludes with suggestions for fruitful future research. Not only does this SLR carry several theoretical implications for the literature on cloud ERP and its impact on ER but also provides decision-makers with comprehensive insights into how cloud ERP reinforces ER, thereby ensuring the continuity of business operations in the turbulent business landscape.

This study aims to identify emerging topics, themes, and potential areas for applying large language models (LLMs) in supply chain management through data triangulation. This study involved the synthesis of 33 published articles and a total of 3421 social media documents, including tweets, posts, expert opinions, and industry reports on utilizing LLMs in supply chain management. By employing BERT models, four core themes were derived: Supply chain optimization, supply chain risk and security management, supply chain knowledge management, and automated contract intelligence, which provides the present status of LLM in the supply chain. The results of this study will empower managers to identify prospective applications and areas for improvement, affording them a comprehensive understanding of the antecedents, decisions, and outcomes detailed in the framework. The insights garnered from this study are highly valuable to both researchers and managers, equipping them to harness the latest advancements in LLM technology and its role within supply chain management.

Digital agility is a critical dynamic capability that is becoming increasingly important in the context of collaborative product development processes (PDPs). This paper aims to address the complexity of today's PDPs by considering various quality aspects including safety, environment, and the entire lifecycle, along with diverse dynamic capabilities such as digital agility and circular economy. The authors employed a semantic web methodology and created an ontology-based knowledge model. The proposed ontology uses Design for X techniques, circular economy, digital agility, and the semantic web under the PDP perspective to increase performance and cooperation between designers and the project team. To validate the ontology, measures for domain ontology evaluation have been used. The paper presents a detailed guide for ontology engineering and evaluation for collaborative smart PDP, which incorporates digital agility as a critical dynamic capability. The proposed ontology can help boost PDP performance and increase customer satisfaction.

Indian agricultural value chains are marred with a lack of financial inclusion of smallholder farmers, lengthy payout times, poor quality of products, lack of traceability issues, and lack of industrialization in the value chain. Social entrepreneurs have indispensable tools as information and communication technologies are making inroads in rural developing economies. This study studies the impact of technological capabilities on social entrepreneurship for creating sustainable value creation using survey data from 557 respondents associated with farming and allied activities. The results highlight that digital technology capabilities mediate the relationship between social entrepreneurship and sustainable value creation. The findings present essential insights for academia, practitioners, and policymakers to better shape policies and decisions on social entrepreneurship.

Supplier selection is vital for enterprises to operate stably and achieve and sustain a competitive advantage. However, from the initial establishment to the gradual development and maturity of the enterprise, the supplier selection criteria change dynamically, and decision-makers are hardly in agreement in each stage, which creates challenges for enterprises when choosing suitable suppliers. As such, this paper proposes a multicriteria group decision-making method based on an interaction and feedback mechanism (IFM) and q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets theory. We introduce an IFM to achieve consensus among different decision-makers. We then develop the q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted partitioned Bonferroni mean (q-ROFWPBM) operator to address the aggregation problem of dynamic multicriteria. A group decision-making algorithm combining the IFM and q-ROFWPBM operator is proposed to analyze the Hongxing Erke supplier selection. The results show that the proposed method can not only account for large differences of opinion among decision-makers during group decision-making but also consider the dynamic changes of supplier selection criteria in different stages of enterprise development and help enterprises choose suppliers suitable for their own development characteristics.

The study draws upon the ethical theory of organizing to elucidate the links between ethical climate antecedents, organizational practices, and consequences. We also integrated organizing vision theory to examine the influence of diffusion of big data analytics innovation on sustainable business practices. The results indicate that organizational trust has a significant positive impact on ethics training and ethics audit, which is critical to South Africa's mining industry. Furthermore, the results indicate that ethical leadership is positively related to ethics training and ethics audits. Findings show that ethics training and ethics audit is positively related to sustainable business practices. Findings indicate that the vision constructed by community members is positively related to the diffusion of big data analytics innovation. We also found that the diffusion of big data analytics innovation is positively related to sustainable business practices. Lastly, findings show that sustainable business practices are positively related to firm performance.

Infrastructure digital transformation may create value for logistics enterprises; but its whole process is still full of uncertainties. Prior research focused on smart control in view of the infrastructure and ignored the driving role of digital governance in the process of digital transformation. Here, the authors investigate the relationship between digital adaptive governance and digital transformation, and actively explore the effect of digitalization on service quality improvement in logistics enterprises. The authors take servitization as the moderator to examine the interaction between digital transformation and service quality. Through 227 valid responds of senior executives and workers at the production line from 46 logistics enterprises in China, the authors use partial least squares and hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses empirically. Results suggest that digital adaptive governance, infrastructure digital transformation and servitization have positive influence on service quality. Digital adaptive governance has positive influence on infrastructure digital transformation.

Government of India’s ‘Digital India’ initiative intends to build robust digital ecosystem that fosters innovation & entrepreneurship enabling better citizen service & citizen empowerment. Digitization in India involves geo-demographic & socio-economic dependency, choice of smart technologies undergoing rapid innovation, strategic roll-out planning & flawless implementation as prerequisite of technology diffusion & benefit realization. This study identifies technical & non-technical determinants of smart digital framework roll out that can accelerate digital diffusion in urban public services in India. This study follows inductive exploratory method, combining grounded theory & text mining for primary data analysis. Study reveals digitization is an ecosystem of private & public enterprises and citizen participation, identifies integrated use analytics & IoT can enable connected smart city, whereas technology cost, digital literacy & sustainable innovation as non-technological determinant towards resilient urban digital infrastructure in India.
