This study investigates the impact of pre-COVID-19 organizational ambidexterity, digital capabilities, and organizational resilience on firms’ innovation behavior post the second COVID-19 wave. Utilizing World Bank business surveys from 2019 and COVID follow-up surveys in 2020 and 2021 across 21 countries (8,928 firms), we employ partial least squares structural equation modeling and necessary condition analysis. Findings reveal that organizational ambidexterity and digital capabilities positively influence innovation. Organizational ambidexterity indirectly impacts innovation through digital capabilities. The study emphasizes the crucial role of pre-COVID-19 organizational ambidexterity in catalyzing innovation, highlighting its synergy with digital capabilities. Recognizing and cultivating organizational ambidexterity, along with enhancing digital capabilities, are recommended for firms seeking competitive advantages. The study underscores the importance of leaders fostering ambidexterity and knowledge-sharing practices to drive innovation.

This study aims to examine the relationship among green innovation performance (GIP), sustainable performance (SP), and green talent management (GTM) through the lens of natural resource. It investigates the moderating impact of organizational corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment and the mediation influence of green core competencies (GCC). GTM is deemed crucial in the development of sustainability programs. Subsequently, it gathered employee data from 362 Pakistani small- and medium-sized enterprises based on judgmental sampling. Finally, by employing SmartPLS 4 software, the research conclusion finds the following: GTM advances GCC, expands a company's pledge to CSR, and boosts the link between GTM and environmental outcomes. The research underlines the importance of organizational commitment to CSR and green core competencies to understand the dynamics between GTM and sustainable performance and green innovation. Lastly, the value of a comprehensive personnel management strategy to promote eco-friendly behavior is demonstrated.

Digital transformation in supply chain management has garnered significant attention from both industry and academia. Numerous studies have focused on the emerging concept of digital supply chain management (DSCM). In this research, the authors present a background and context of DSCM. Furthermore, they conduct a systematic bibliometric analysis encompassing a dataset of 1053 scholarly papers published from 1995 to 2021. During the literature review, various methods including network analysis, document co-citation analysis, author co-citation analysis, and journal co-citation analysis are employed. The results of the study provide an overview of the concept of DSCM and highlight key authors, affiliations, and countries in the field. Additionally, the study examines emerging research topics, including blockchain technology, digital twin, and circular economy, within the context of DSCM. Finally, limitations and potential direction for future studies are noted. The authors hope this research could provide a basic understanding of DSCM for industries and academics.

A number of countries are today implementing open government data (OGD) initiatives. Yet many of these initiatives are failing to attract the levels of continuous use they need to deliver an acceptable return on investment. This raises the obvious question of why this should be the case. To answer this question, it is important to understand the factors that most strongly influence user behaviour in OGD adoption. Qualitative data were used to identify the factors that play a key role in influencing the intention to engage with ODG. A quantitative approach was then used to evaluate the extent to which these factors drive/limit behaviour. The study's findings showed that there are four factors that play a significant role in intention to use OGD. It is also believed that the findings will be useful in helping policymakers in all jurisdictions formulate and implement strategies that successfully drive up continuous OGD engagement.

Small and medium-sized information technology firms operating in high-velocity business environments have to continuously adapt their business models. Prior research on business model adaptation, however, remains under-developed. In this study, we address the gap by drawing on the dynamic capability perspective. Based on the qualitative data collected from 35 interviews with ten companies in China, we develop a processual model and unveil how these companies employ dynamic capabilities (i.e. sensing, seizing and transforming), complemented by ordinary capabilities, to enact, manage and implement business model adaptation. This study provides novel insights into a theoretical issue of business model adaptation for information technology firms and managerial implications while using an adaptive business model innovation strategy.

This paper undertakes to explore the perceptions of academics regarding information sharing on social network sites (SNS) and related privacy issues. Specifically, the paper was designed targeting academics using SNS to disseminate information and/or for other academic purposes. The paper is based on a mixed method research, the exploratory stage consequential for the confirmatory stage of the research. The findings of the research highly the complex relationships between personal information collection and usage (PICU) factors, personal information control (PIC) factors, and awareness of the effectiveness of privacy policy (AEPP) factors. This culminates in the formulation of a research model based on the theory of reasoned action. Given that the research took place within a context where gender is significant in shaping the worldview of the individual, groups, and society, the paper also seeks to contribute to the existing gender-based narrative on information sharing and privacy issues on SNS, mainly demystifying gender-based stereotypes.

Open Government Data (OGD) initiatives can deliver many cultural and institutional benefits. This is why many governments are trying to establish an OGD ecosystem. However, although many countries have made good progress in doing so, some face significant challenges. In such cases, country-specific studies can prove valuable in understanding not only the current situation, but also in defining the obstacles to progress. As far as the authors of this paper can determine, this study is the first to examine the benefits of, and barriers to, implementation of the OGD initiative Saudi Arabia. The study conducts and analyses interviews with Saudi Arabian government officials in both leadership and technical positions, in order to obtain an informed view of the OGD initiative in Saudi. The study contributes to the existing knowledge base by identifying the main benefits of the Saudi Arabian Open Government Initiative and the barriers to its implementation.
