2020 A 34 nA Quiescent Current Switched-Capacitor Step-Down Converter with 1.2V Output Voltage and 0-5μA Load Current
abstract
Motivated by the ultra-low power design demands of the integrated implantable medical electronics and systems, a switched-capacitor DC-DC converter is presented in this paper. The DC-DC converter is controlled by hysteretic control approach, which has inherently stable and fast loop speed compared with the approach using error amplifier. To achieve higher power efficiency and lower quiscent current, in addition to optimizing the switching frequency and width of the core module of the converter, Low power design methodes are used for the functional module. By operating transistors in the subthreshold region and decreasing operating frequency, the short current and dynamic power can reduce a lot. The converter has designed in 0.18μm standard CMOS technology. It can achieve step down voltage conversion of 1.2V with a ripple voltage of 1.4mV from 2.5V input voltage. A high power efficiency of 88.3% can be achieved at a load current of 3μA. It also produces about 34nA low quiescent current without load, which is suitable for the integrated implantable biomedical electronics.

2012 The effect of group arguments on commercial rumor spreading in Chinese online discussion forum: a conformity and polarization perspective
abstract
The proliferation of the Internet and online discussion forums has greatly increased the number and transmission speed of online rumors in China. To take more effective measures to counter the negative effects of these rumors, researchers and companies should understand the underlying mechanism of online rumor transmission. Therefore, this study take an early initiative by focusing on consumers' arguments in online discussion forums on the rumors and their effects on an individual's belief in rumor and belief change, which is guided by the informational cascade and group polarization theories. In turn, belief and belief change on the online rumor lead to intention to spread the rumor. A lab experiment was conducted to test research hypotheses, which support most of the key hypotheses. Based on the discussions on the results, implications, limitations of the study and conclusion are presented.

2012 The antecedents and effects of consumers' active coping in B2C mobile shopping in China
abstract
The unprecedented proliferation of mobile technology has greatly enabled the B2C electronic commerce retailers to extend their businesses to the mobile platform. To attract potential consumers, most B2C retailers heavily rely on special promotions at the mobile platform at the current stage, which is proved to be very effective but it is unknown whether it can encourage consumers to use the mobile platform continuously. Motivated by the theoretical gap and practical salience of this question, we rely on the mobile commerce, coping theory and consumer psychology literature to propose a research model which highlights the critical role of active coping in dealing with the unfamiliar or different mobile shopping method and procedure and certain important consumer characteristics and cognitions that are beneficial or harmful to their active coping efforts. Eventually our research model depicts the factors that are influential to consumers' continuous use of mobile shopping platform and the inherent mechanism that is particularly associated with the current context. A longitudinal field experiment was conducted to test the research hypotheses. Results suggest that consumer's perceived active coping influences continuous use intention through higher level of satisfaction with task outcome and task process. Perceived active coping is influenced by maximizing tendency and expected fit of mobile technology. Implications and limitations are discussed to conclude this paper.
