abstract
With the introduction of MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicasting Services), new requirements are introduced in order to offer MBMS to all users. Due to the low UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) resources there is a need to enhance the UMTS networks. This study is about the HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) as means of deliver MBMS video streaming and also presents packet scheduler's algorithms that try to guarantee the same bit rate to the users in order to offer a good fairness and capacity.
