2025 EverybodyDance: Bipartite Graph-Based Identity Correspondence for Multi-Character Animation
abstract
Consistent pose‐driven character animation has achieved remarkable progress in single‐character scenarios. However, extending these advances to multi‐character settings is non‐trivial, especially when position swap is involved. Beyond mere scaling, the core challenge lies in enforcing correct Identity Correspondence (IC) between characters in reference and generated frames. To address this, we introduce EverybodyDance, a systematic solution targeting IC correctness in multi-character animation. EverybodyDance is built around the **Identity Matching Graph (IMG)**, which models characters in the generated and reference frames as two node sets in a weighted complete bipartite graph. Edge weights, computed via our proposed Mask–Query Attention (MQA), quantify the affinity between each pair of characters. Our key insight is to formalize IC correctness as a graph structural metric and to optimize it during training. We also propose a series of targeted strategies tailored for multi-character animation, including identity-embedded guidance, a multi-scale matching strategy, and pre-classified sampling, which work synergistically. Finally, to evaluate IC performance, we curate the **Identity Correspondence Evaluation** benchmark, dedicated to multi‐character IC correctness. Extensive experiments demonstrate that EverybodyDance substantially outperforms state‐of‐the‐art baselines in both IC and visual fidelity.

2023 RealGraph: A Multiview Dataset for 4D Real-world Context Graph Generation
abstract
Understanding 4D scene context in real world has become urgently critical for deploying sophisticated AI systems. In this paper, we propose a brand new scene understanding paradigm called "Context Graph Generation (CGG)", aiming at abstracting holistic semantic information in the complicated 4D world. The CGG task capitalizes on the calibrated multiview videos of a dynamic scene, and targets at recovering semantic information (coordination, trajectories and relationships) of the presented objects in the form of spatio-temporal context graph in 4D space. We also present a benchmark 4D video dataset "RealGraph", the first dataset tailored for the proposed CGG task. The raw data of RealGraph is composed of calibrated and synchronized multiview videos. We exclusively provide manual annotations including object 2D&3D bounding boxes, category labels and semantic relationships. We also make sure the annotated ID for every single object is temporally and spatially consistent. We propose the first CGG baseline algorithm, Multiview-based Context Graph Generation Network (MCGNet), to empirically investigate the legitimacy of CGG task on RealGraph dataset. We nevertheless reveal the great challenges behind this task and encourage the community to explore beyond our solution. Our project page is at https://github.com/THU-luvision/RealGraph.

2022 GigaMVS: A Benchmark for Ultra-Large-Scale Gigapixel-Level 3D Reconstruction
abstract
Multiview stereopsis (MVS) methods, which can reconstruct both the 3D geometry and texture from multiple images, have been rapidly developed and extensively investigated from the feature engineering methods to the data-driven ones. However, there is no dataset containing both the 3D geometry of large-scale scenes and high-resolution observations of small details to benchmark the algorithms. To this end, we present GigaMVS, the first gigapixel-image-based 3D reconstruction benchmark for ultra-large-scale scenes. The gigapixel images, with both wide field-of-view and high-resolution details, can clearly observe both thePalace-scale scene structure andRelievo-scale local details. The ground-truth geometry is captured by the laser scanner, which covers ultra-large-scale scenes with an average area of 8667 m$^2$and a maximum area of 32007 m$^2$. Owing to the extremely large scale, complex occlusion, and gigapixel-level images, GigaMVS exposes problems that emerge from the poor scalability and efficiency of the existing MVS algorithms. We thoroughly investigate the state-of-the-art methods in terms of geometric and textural measurements, which point to the weakness of the existing methods and promising opportunities for future works. We believe that GigaMVS can benefit the community of 3D reconstruction and support the development of novel algorithms balancing robustness, scalability and accuracy.

2021 Pushing the Data Rate of Practical VLC via Combinatorial Light Emission
abstract
Visible light communication (VLC) systems relying on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) devices have gathered momentum recently, due to the pervasive adoption of LED lighting and mobile devices. However, the achievable throughput by such practical systems is still several orders below those claimed by controlled experiments with specialized devices. In this paper, we engineer CoLight aiming to boost the data rate of the VLC system purely built upon COTS devices. CoLight adopts COTS LEDs as its transmitter, but it innovates in its simple yet delicate driver circuit wiring an array of LED chips in a combinatorial manner. Consequently, modulated signals can directly drive the on-off procedures of individual chip groups, so that the spatially synthesized light emissions exhibit a varying luminance following exactly the modulation symbols. To obtain a readily usable receiver, CoLight interfaces a COTS PD with a smartphone through the audio jack, and it also has an alternative MCU-driven circuit to emulate a future integration into the phone. The evaluations on CoLight are both promising and informative: they demonstrate a throughput up to 80 kbps at a distance of 2 m, while suggesting various potentials to further enhance the performance.
