Expertise — from the expertise taxonomy: the topics of the expert's papers under the CCF categories. A weight counts papers with recency: 1 for a paper about the topic, 0.3 when the topic is its context, halved every five years.

2003 PopHist: inferring population history from the spectrum of allele frequencies
abstract
SUMMARY: PopHist is a computer program that uses the frequency spectrum of alleles to: (a) estimate maximum likelihood parameters describing a population's history; and (b) compare alternative hypotheses about population history using likelihood ratio tests. The program uses the matrix coalescent, a method for calculating theoretical frequency spectra that can be applied to sets of unlinked sites. 2000 PRoMT: inferring demographic history from DNA sequences
abstract
UNLABELLED: I describe a parallel implementation of Rogers' mismatch algorithm, a method for making inferences about demographic history from DNA sequence data. The program is distributed on clusters of workstations, providing a substantial speedup and low execution times on large numbers of nodes.
