2025 Random Telegraph Noise Observed on 65-nm Bulk pMOS Transistors at 3.8K
abstract
This paper presents a detailed study on Random Telegraph Noise (RTN) behavior under cryogenic conditions. The study leverages a device array, BTIarray, to statistically measure RTN in a temperature range from room temperature down to 3.8 K. The measurement results indicate that while RTN's impact decreases in the low-temperature region at about 100 K, it becomes more pronounced at lower temperatures, especially in transistors with shorter channel lengths. This research advances the understanding of RTN in cryogenic environments, offering essential insights for future integrated circuit (IC) design.

2025 Synthesis of Decentralized Variable Gain Robust Model-Following Controllers Giving Consideration to Transient Behavior for Uncertain Large-Scale Serially Connected Systems via Piecewise Lyapunov Functions
abstract
In this paper, a design method of decentralized robust model-following controllers giving consideration to transient behavior for uncertain large-scale serially connected systems via piecewise Lyapunov functions is proposed. The proposed decen-tralized control law consists of state feedback laws, compensation inputs and uniformly continuous functions. In our approach, by introducing the uniformly continuous function, chattering phenomenon in the control input is avoided. In this paper, we show that a sufficient condition for the existence of the proposed decentralized robust model-following controller is given in terms of LMIs (Linear Matrix Inequalities).

2025 A Robust Dynamic Output Feedback Control for a Class of Uncertain Switched Affine Systems
abstract
This paper proposes a design method of robust dynamic output feedback controllers for uncertain switched affine systems. The proposed controller consists of a switching rule and a dynamic output feedback controller with the adjustable parameters tuned by updating laws. In this paper, we show that sufficient conditions for the existence of the proposed robust control system are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a simple numerical example is included.
