Expertise — from the expertise taxonomy: the topics of the expert's papers under the CCF categories. A weight counts papers with recency: 1 for a paper about the topic, 0.3 when the topic is its context, halved every five years.

2015 stringgaussnet: from differentially expressed genes to semantic and Gaussian networks generation
abstract
MOTIVATION: Knowledge-based and co-expression networks are two kinds of gene networks that can be currently implemented by sophisticated but distinct tools. We developed stringgaussnet, an R package that integrates both approaches, starting from a list of differentially expressed genes. CONTACT: [email protected]. AVAILABILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION: Freely available on the web at http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/stringgaussnet.
