Expertise — from the expertise taxonomy: the topics of the expert's papers under the CCF categories. A weight counts papers with recency: 1 for a paper about the topic, 0.3 when the topic is its context, halved every five years.

abstract
In this brief correspondence it is argued that Rappaport's formulas which were developed to calculate the inverse of blocking probability for Erlang loss and Erlang delay systems should be revised. These formulas can readily be solved by taking advantage of the monotonic property of overflow traffic as suggested earlier in the literature.
