| 2026 | Credit and Power Co-evolution Modeling with Dynamic Graph LearningabstractAccurate enterprise power consumption forecasting is not only a core component of optimized green energy management but also a key support for promoting the coordinated development of a sustainable society and the digital economy. The temporal fluctuations in power consumption reflect an enterprise's production activity and operational resilience, while credit assessment combined with Web data reveals a two-way coupling relationship between it and energy use: credit changes influence financing and power consumption strategies, while energy anomalies may become early signals of credit risk. However, existing methods still have shortcomings in modeling the co-evolution of Web data and power data. Most models only focus on static or unidirectional correlations, making it difficult to capture the dynamic feedback between credit risk and power consumption; traditional multi-task learning frameworks often rely on parameter sharing or simple attention mechanisms, lacking consistency constraints across time scales and network structures. To address this, this paper proposes CPDGL, a credit-electricity co-evolution framework based on dynamic graph learning, which simultaneously performs power forecasting and credit risk assessment within a unified multi-task system. Its co-evolution path interaction module explicitly models the feedback loop between credit dynamics and power behavior, learning bidirectional causal relationships through an adaptive influence matrix; the semantic path aggregation module integrates static and dynamic features, strengthening cross-modal expression and global reasoning capabilities. Large-scale experiments conducted in a real-world enterprise environment of one of the world's largest power suppliers demonstrate that CPDGL achieves state-of-the-art performance in both power forecasting and credit assessment tasks. The results validate its broad applicability in multi-source Web data fusion scenarios, significantly improving forecasting accuracy and dispatch efficiency in clean energy management, and showcasing practical value and social impact in smart cities and sustainable development. | 2024 | CDA-MBPO: Corrected Data Aggregation for Model-Based Policy OptimizationabstractModel-based reinforcement learning has shown promise in sample efficiency but suffers from errors accumulated during multi-step model sampling. To tackle this issue, we propose corrected data aggregation for model-based policy optimization. This approach involves aligning simulated trajectories with their real counterparts from random starting states and with varying sampling lengths to create paired real-simulated samples. The R-Q discriminator is incorporated to assess the quality of the simulated samples by computing the R-Q difference, modeled as a Gaussian distribution within each paired sample. We update the Q network and the dynamics model using all real samples and the simulated samples whose R-Q difference fall below a predefined threshold. The experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art model-based methods in sample efficiency and asymptotic performance across challenging tasks. | 2023 | Immunotherapy Efficacy Prediction for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Using Multi-View Adaptive Weighted Graph Convolutional NetworksabstractImmunotherapy is an effective way to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The efficacy of immunotherapy differs from person to person and may cause side effects, making it important to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy before surgery. Radiomics based on machine learning has been successfully used to predict the efficacy of NSCLC immunotherapy. However, most studies only considered the radiomic features of the individual patient, ignoring the inter-patient correlations. Besides, they usually concatenated different features as the input of a single-view model, failing to consider the complex correlation among features of multiple types. To this end, we propose a multi-view adaptive weighted graph convolutional network (MVAW-GCN) for the prediction of NSCLC immunotherapy efficacy. Specifically, we group the radiomic features into several views according to the type of the fitered images they extracted from. We construct a graph in each view based on the radiomic features and phenotypic information. An attention mechanism is introduced to automatically assign weights to each view. Considering the view-shared and view-specific knowledge of radiomic features, we propose separable graph convolution that decomposes the output of the last convolution layer into two components, i.e., the view-shared and view-specific outputs. We maximize the consistency and enhance the diversity among different views in the learning procedure. The proposed MVAW-GCN is evaluated on 107 NSCLC patients, including 52 patients with valid efficacy and 55 patients with invalid efficacy. Our method achieved an accuracy of 77.27% and an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.7780, indicating its effectiveness in NSCLC immunotherapy efficacy prediction. | 2022 | Transductive Multiview Modeling With Interpretable Rules, Matrix Factorization, and Cooperative LearningabstractMultiview fuzzy systems aim to deal with fuzzy modeling in multiview scenarios effectively and to obtain the interpretable model through multiview learning. However, current studies of multiview fuzzy systems still face several challenges, one of which is how to achieve efficient collaboration between multiple views when there are few labeled data. To address this challenge, this article explores a novel transductive multiview fuzzy modeling method. The dependency on labeled data is reduced by integrating transductive learning into the fuzzy model to simultaneously learn both the model and the labels using a novel learning criterion. Matrix factorization is incorporated to further improve the performance of the fuzzy model. In addition, collaborative learning between multiple views is used to enhance the robustness of the model. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is highly competitive with other multiview learning methods. | 2016 | Multi-layer neural network for received signal strength-based indoor localisationabstractIn received signal strength (RSS)‐based indoor wireless localisation system, radio pathloss model or radio map must be readily obtainable. However, the unpredictability of wireless channel makes it difficult to achieve high accuracy localisation in practice. In this study, the authors employed a multi‐layer neural network (MLNN) for RSS‐based indoor localisation without using the radio pathloss model or comparing the radio map. The proposed MLNN localisation system integrate the RSS signals transforming section, the raw data denoising section and the node locating section into a deep architecture. Furthermore, a boosting method is designed to promote location accuracy of the MLNN effectively. Experiment results demonstrate the feasibility and suitability of the proposed algorithm. | 2014 | Scaling Up Synchronization-Inspired Partitioning ClusteringabstractBased on the extensive Kuramoto model, synchronization-inspired partitioning clustering algorithm was recently proposed and is attracting more and more attentions, due to the fact that it simulates the synchronization phenomena in clustering where each data object is regarded as a phase oscillator and the dynamic behavior of the objects is simulated over time. In order to circumvent the serious difficulty that its existing version can only be effectively carried out on considerably small/medium datasets, a novel scalable synchronization-inspired partitioning clustering algorithm termed LSSPC, based on the center-constrained minimal enclosing ball and the reduced set density estimator, is proposed for large dataset applications. LSSPC first condenses a large scale dataset into its reduced dataset by using a fast minimal-enclosing-ball based approximation for the reduced set density estimator, thus achieving an asymptotic time complexity that is linear in the size of dataset and a space complexity that is independent of this size. Then it carries out clustering adaptively on the obtained reduced dataset by using Sync with the Davies-Bouldin clustering criterion and a new order parameter which can help us observe the degree of local synchronization. Finally, it finishes clustering by using the proposed algorithm CRD on the remaining objects in the large dataset, which can capture the outliers and isolated clusters effectively. The effectiveness of the proposed clustering algorithm LSSPC for large datasets is theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified by running on artificial and real datasets.
