| 2025 | BizGen: Advancing Article-level Visual Text Rendering for Infographics GenerationabstractRecently, state-of-the-art text-to-image generation models, such as FLUX and Ideogram 2.0, have made significant progress in sentence-level visual text rendering. In this paper, we focus on the more challenging scenarios of article-level visual text rendering and address a novel task of generating high-quality business content, including infographics and slides, based on user provided article-level descriptive prompts and ultra-dense layouts. The fundamental challenges are twofold: significantly longer context lengths and the scarcity of high-quality business content data.In contrast to most previous works that focus on a limited number of sub-regions and sentence-level prompts, ensuring precise adherence to ultra-dense layouts with tens or even hundreds of sub-regions in business content is far more challenging. We make two key technical contributions: (i) the construction of scalable, high-quality business content dataset, i.e., Infographics-650K, equipped with ultra-dense layouts and prompts by implementing a layer-wise retrieval-augmented infographic generation scheme; and (ii) a layout-guided cross attention scheme, which injects tens of region-wise prompts into a set of cropped region latent space according to the ultra-dense layouts, and refine each sub-regions flexibly during inference using a layout conditional CFG. We demonstrate the strong results of our system compared to previous SOTA systems such as FLUX and SD3 on our BizEval prompt set. Additionally, we conduct thorough ablation experiments to verify the effectiveness of each component. We hope our constructed Infographics-650K and BizEval can encourage the broader community to advance the progress of business content generation. | 2025 | Modeling All-Atom Glycan Structures via Hierarchical Message Passing and Multi-Scale Pre-trainingabstractUnderstanding the various properties of glycans with machine learning has shown some preliminary promise. However, previous methods mainly focused on modeling the backbone structure of glycans as graphs of monosaccharides (i.e., sugar units), while they neglected the atomic structures underlying each monosaccharide, which are actually important indicators of glycan properties. We fill this blank by introducing the GlycanAA model for All-Atom-wise Glycan modeling. GlycanAA models a glycan as a heterogeneous graph with monosaccharide nodes representing its global backbone structure and atom nodes representing its local atomic-level structures. Based on such a graph, GlycanAA performs hierarchical message passing to capture from local atomic-level interactions to global monosaccharide-level interactions. To further enhance model capability, we pre-train GlycanAA on a high-quality unlabeled glycan dataset, deriving the PreGlycanAA model. We design a multi-scale mask prediction algorithm to endow the model about different levels of dependencies in a glycan. Extensive benchmark results show the superiority of GlycanAA over existing glycan encoders and verify the further improvements achieved by PreGlycanAA. | 2025 | Physics-Informed Representation Alignment for Sparse Radio-Map ReconstructionabstractWith the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the efficient utilization of spectrum resources, optimization of communication quality, and intelligent communication have become critical. Radio map reconstruction is essential for enabling advanced applications, yet challenges such as complex signal propagation and sparse observational data hinder accurate reconstruction in practical scenarios. Existing methods often fail to align physical constraints with data-driven features, particularly under sparse measurement conditions. To address these issues, we propose Physics-Aligned Radio Map Diffusion Model (PhyRMDM), a novel framework that establishes cross-domain representation alignment between physical principles and neural network features through dual learning pathways. The proposed model integrates Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) with a representation alignment mechanism that explicitly enforces consistency between Helmholtz equation constraints and environmental propagation patterns. Our architecture employs two synergistic U-Nets: the first ensures physical consistency by minimizing PDE residuals and boundary conditions through latent space alignment, while the second refines predictions via diffusion-based denoising with attention-guided feature fusion. This dual alignment strategy enables simultaneous satisfaction of wave propagation laws and data distribution characteristics. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements over state-of-the-art methods, achieving NMSE of 0.0031 and RMSE of 0.0125 under Static Radio Map (SRM) conditions, and NMSE of 0.0047 with RMSE of 0.0146 in Dynamic Radio Map (DRM) scenarios. The proposed representation alignment paradigm provides 37.2% accuracy enhancement in ultra-sparse cases (1% sampling rate), confirming its effectiveness in bridging physics-based modeling and deep learning for radio map reconstruction. These advancements establish a new framework for sparse signal environment characterization, with direct applications in 5G/6G network optimization and intelligent spectrum management. | 2025 | A Fractal-Based Complex Belief Entropy for Uncertainty Measure in Complex Evidence TheoryabstractComplex evidence theory (CET), an extension of the traditional D-S evidence theory, has garnered academic interest for its capacity to articulate uncertainty through complex basic belief assignment (CBBA) and to perform uncertainty reasoning using complex combination rules. Nonetheless, quantifying uncertainty within CET remains a subject of ongoing research. To enhance decision making, a method for complex pignistic belief transformation (CPBT) has been introduced, which allocates CBBAs of multielement focal elements to subsets. CPBT’s core lies in the fractal-inspired redistribution of the complex mass function. This article presents an experimental simulation and analysis of CPBT’s generation process along the temporal dimension, rooted in fractal theory. Subsequently, a novel fractal-based complex belief (FCB) entropy is proposed to gauge the uncertainty of CBBA. The properties of FCB entropy are examined, and its efficacy is demonstrated through various numerical examples and practical application. Keming Wu, Fuyuan Xiao 0001 |
