2026 Efficient and Accurate Object Detection With Asymmetric Progressive Semi-Decoupled Head and Harmonic Focal Loss
abstract
Efficiently and accurately recognizing interesting objects within the image and regressing bounding boxes to enclose them has been a persistent pursuit in object detection. However, existing detectors fail to achieve both aspects simultaneously due to insufficient task interaction and suboptimal classification behavior. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a novel detector with Efficient Asymmetric Progressive Semi-Decoupled Head (EAPSDH) and Harmonic Focal Loss (HFL). Specifically, we generalize the detection head into a progressive asymmetric paradigm that performs hierarchical and dynamically recalibrated interaction between classification and localization, enabling iterative mutual enhancement in an efficient manner beyond the prior designs. Meanwhile, HFL is proposed to improve classifier optimization by addressing the imbalance between positive and negative samples. HFL dynamically increases the loss weights of positive samples, amplifying their gradient contributions during classifier training, which significantly reduces classification error. By jointly improving task-specific feature representation and classification optimization, EAPSDH and HFL complement each other to alleviate the inconsistency between classification and localization performance, resulting in an efficient and accurate one-stage detector termed EADet. Experimental results on the MS COCO database demonstrate that EADet effectively mitigates the inconsistency between classification and localization performance. Furthermore, EADet achieves a strong trade-off between accuracy and speed, reaching 47.4 AP at 33.2 FPS on the MS COCO with ResNet-101 under the $2\times $ training schedule, demonstrating its effectiveness compared with recent state-of-the-art detectors. Code will be available at https://github.com/HB-X/EADet.

2025 Dual Pairwise Pre-training and Prompt-tuning with Aligned Prototypes for Interbank Credit Rating
abstract
In the global financial market, assessing bank credit ratings is essential for evaluating financial health, managing risk, and safeguarding systemic stability. While risk can transmit rapidly within the interbank lending network, timely incorporation of the latest financial disclosures to update bank ratings is vital in the swiftly evolving financial markets. However, existing approaches primarily conduct credit rating tasks using end-to-end models trained on historical financial data, thereby overlooking the staggered timing of financial disclosure from banks. Limited excavation of the credit rating records and the temporal distribution shifts existed in different financial periods still pose challenges to improving the accuracy of the credit rating tasks. To address these challenges, in this work we propose a Dual Pairwise pre-training and prompt Tuning framework with Aligned Prototypes (DPTAP) for interbank credit rating, which enables dynamic credit updates. Specifically, the dual pairwise pre-training strategy allows the framework to capture direction and distance discrepancies between rating categories. To alleviate the adverse impact of temporal distribution shifts in quarters, the latest financial features are prompted to dynamically map the patterns of the corresponding banks in the last quarter. Furthermore, we integrate rating guides from two consecutive quarters into a set of aligned prototypes to enhance supervision during the prompt tuning process. We conducted extensive experiments on a real-world bank dataset globally in the latest 8 years. The results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed framework over various competitive models, highlighting its notable capabilities in early warning and risk contagion forecasting.

2025 LLM-Based Sensitive Data Recognition with Stepwise Chain-of-Thought Reasoning
abstract
Identifying sensitive text data remains a critical challenge for industrial data protection, as conventional methods lack flexibility and demand extensive manual labeling. While Large Language Models (LLMs) offer a promising avenue for automated sensitive data recognition (SDR), their susceptibility to “hallucination” often leads to misclassification. To overcome this, we introduce an LLM-based SDR framework powered by stepwise Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning. Our approach employs a rigorously designed prompt template to enable LLMs to iteratively reassess and refine their output, leading to precise identification of sensitive text positions and highly fine-grained recognition results. Experiments on a real-world dataset from the electric sector demonstrate the superior performance of our method in domain-specific SDR tasks, highlighting its strong potential for robust and scalable application in complex industrial environments.
