| 2026 | PathFLIP: Fine-grained Language-Image Pretraining for Versatile Computational PathologyabstractWhile Vision-Language Models (VLMs) have achieved notable progress in computational pathology (CPath), the gigapixel scale and spatial heterogeneity of Whole Slide Images (WSIs) continue to pose challenges for multimodal understanding. Existing alignment methods struggle to capture fine-grained correspondences between textual descriptions and visual cues across thousands of patches from a slide, compromising their performance on downstream tasks. In this paper, we propose PathFLIP (Pathology Fine-grained Language-Image Pretraining), a novel framework for holistic WSI interpretation. PathFLIP decomposes slide-level captions into region-level sub-captions and generates text-conditioned region embeddings to facilitate precise visual-language grounding. By harnessing Large Language Models (LLMs), PathFLIP can seamlessly follow diverse clinical instructions and adapt to varied diagnostic contexts. Furthermore, it exhibits versatile capabilities across multiple paradigms, efficiently handling slide-level classification and retrieval, fine-grained lesion localization, and instruction following. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PathFLIP outperforms existing large-scale pathological VLMs on four representative benchmarks while requiring significantly less training data, paving the way for fine-grained, instruction-aware WSI interpretation in research and clinical practice. | 2023 | Overview of Internet of Medical Things Security Based on Blockchain Access ControlabstractThe Internet of Things provides convenience to health systems, especially for remote monitoring of patient physical indicators. While providing convenience, there may be more security vulnerabilities in protecting patient and doctor information and storing health data effectively. As an important research branch in the field of the Internet of Things, the Internet of Medical Things is important for the overall improvement of public health in terms of how to safely conduct technology development and application research and to effectively implement healthcare needs. Blockchain technology is decentralized and untrusted as well as prevents tampering with data and reduces the cost of trust. Its good performance has a strong developmental nature in the healthcare field. This paper analyses how to solve security problems through access control under the Internet of Medical Things, and optimizes three access control methods. The Internet of Medical Things accesses control approach that introduces blockchain technology enhances computational and storage capabilities and is a good solution to the problem of third-party trustworthiness. Even in the face of the rapid growth of end devices, blockchain technology can solve some of the problems arising from access control of massive devices through three directions: hierarchical management, compressed storage and performance optimization. Finally, it provides directions for future research on the security aspects of blockchain technology under the Internet of Medical Things. | 2021 | MD-SPKM: A set pair k-modes clustering algorithm for incomplete categorical matrix dataabstractIn order to solve the clustering problem with incomplete and categorical matrix data sets, and considering the uncertain relationship between samples and clusters, a set pair k-modes clustering algorithm is proposed (MD-SPKM). Firstly, the correlation theory of set pair information granule is introduced into k-modes clustering. By improving the distance formula of traditional k-modes algorithm, a set pair distance measurement method between incomplete matrix samples is defined. Secondly, considering the uncertain relationship between the sample and the cluster, the definition of the intra-cluster average distance and the threshold calculation formula to determine whether the sample belongs to multiple clusters is given, and then the result of set pair clustering is formed, which includes positive region, boundary region and negative region. Finally, through the selected three data sets and four contrast algorithms for experimental evaluation, the experimental results show that the set pair k-modes clustering algorithm can effectively handle incomplete categorical matrix data sets, and has good clustering performance in Accuracy, Recall, ARI and NMI. | 2010 | Towards an Optimal Sink Placement in Wireless Sensor NetworksabstractRecently, sink deployment, in the form of deploying the sink among different sites so as to leverage traffic burden, is shown to be a promising scheme to save energy and prolong network lifetime in wireless sensor networks. For this paradigm, the choice of sink sites plays a critical role in the overall system performance. In this paper, we address the optimal deployment problem for the sink in wireless sensor networks, where routing issues are naturally involved. The major contribution of this paper is the development of an efficient grid-based algorithm to solve this problem. By dividing the continuous search space into a limited number of so-called communication intersections, computational complexity has been significantly reduced. A formal proof of optimality for this algorithm is given and several interesting properties have been revealed by theoretic analysis as well as experimental results.
