2025 Design of Magnetic Coupling Mechanism for WPT System Based on Fractal Geometry
abstract
As magnetic coupling mechanism is a core part of WPT system, more and more scholars have devoted themselves to the optimization of coil structure. To the optimized design of the coupling mechanism of WPT system, free exploration and conjecture based on fractal geometrical structure are carried out, and a new design scheme of resonant coil of coupling mechanism is proposed, which optimizes the structure of resonant coil and improves the effective transmission distance and anti-offset capability of WPT system.

2024 Deep Demonstration Tracing: Learning Generalizable Imitator Policy for Runtime Imitation from a Single Demonstration
abstract
One-shot imitation learning (OSIL) is to learn an imitator agent that can execute multiple tasks with only a single demonstration. In real-world scenario, the environment is dynamic, e.g., unexpected changes can occur after demonstration. Thus, achieving generalization of the imitator agent is crucial as agents would inevitably face situations unseen in the provided demonstrations. While traditional OSIL methods excel in relatively stationary settings, their adaptability to such unforeseen changes, which asking for a higher level of generalization ability for the imitator agents, is limited and rarely discussed. In this work, we present a new algorithm called Deep Demonstration Tracing (DDT). In DDT, we propose a demonstration transformer architecture to encourage agents to adaptively trace suitable states in demonstrations. Besides, it integrates OSIL into a meta-reinforcement-learning training paradigm, providing regularization for policies in unexpected situations. We evaluate DDT on a new navigation task suite and robotics tasks, demonstrating its superior performance over existing OSIL methods across all evaluated tasks in dynamic environments with unforeseen changes. 2023 AdaptSSR: Pre-training User Model with Augmentation-Adaptive Self-Supervised Ranking
abstract
User modeling, which aims to capture users' characteristics or interests, heavily relies on task-specific labeled data and suffers from the data sparsity issue. Several recent studies tackled this problem by pre-training the user model on massive user behavior sequences with a contrastive learning task. Generally, these methods assume different views of the same behavior sequence constructed via data augmentation are semantically consistent, i.e., reflecting similar characteristics or interests of the user, and thus maximizing their agreement in the feature space. However, due to the diverse interests and heavy noise in user behaviors, existing augmentation methods tend to lose certain characteristics of the user or introduce noisy behaviors. Thus, forcing the user model to directly maximize the similarity between the augmented views may result in a negative transfer. To this end, we propose to replace the contrastive learning task with a new pretext task: Augmentation-Adaptive SelfSupervised Ranking (AdaptSSR), which alleviates the requirement of semantic consistency between the augmented views while pre-training a discriminative user model. Specifically, we adopt a multiple pairwise ranking loss which trains the user model to capture the similarity orders between the implicitly augmented view, the explicitly augmented view, and views from other users. We further employ an in-batch hard negative sampling strategy to facilitate model training. Moreover, considering the distinct impacts of data augmentation on different behavior sequences, we design an augmentation-adaptive fusion mechanism to automatically adjust the similarity order constraint applied to each sample based on the estimated similarity between the augmented views. Extensive experiments on both public and industrial datasets with six downstream tasks verify the effectiveness of AdaptSSR.

2022 MCSCSet: A Specialist-annotated Dataset for Medical-domain Chinese Spelling Correction
abstract
Chinese Spelling Correction (CSC) is gaining increasing attention in recent years. Despite its extensive use in many applications, such as search engine and optical character recognition system, little has been explored in medical scenarios in which complex and uncommon medical entities are easily misspelled. Correcting the misspellings of medical entities is arguably more difficult than those in the open domain due to its requirements of specific domain knowledge. In this work, we define the task of Medical-domain Chinese Spelling Correction (MCSC) and propose MCSCSet, a large-scale specialist-annotated dataset that contains about 200k samples. In contrast to existing open-domain CSC datasets, MCSCSet involves: i) extensive real-world medical queries collected from Tencent Yidian, ii) corresponding misspelled sentences manually annotated by medical specialists. Our work further offers a medical-domain confusion set consisting of the common error-prone characters in medicine and their corresponding misspellings. Extensive empirical studies have shown significant gaps between the open-domain and medical-domain spelling correction, highlighting the need to develop high-quality datasets that allow for CSC in specific domains. Moreover, our work benchmarks several representative methods, establishing baselines for future work.

2020 A Variant of Recurrent Entity Networks for Targeted Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis
abstract
Deep neural network models have achieved promising results on targeted aspect-based sentiment analysis. However, previous models did not effectively match long-distance fine-grained sentiment polarity with the associated target and aspects, and the interdependence among the specific target, corresponding aspects, and the context is always ignored. This work proposes a novel recurrent entity memory network that employs word-level information and sentence-level hidden memory to entity state tracking. In addition, the entity state is utilized to fine-tune the target embedding and aspect embedding. The experimental results showed that the proposed model outperformed previous models.

2020 Document and Word Representations Generated by Graph Convolutional Network and BERT for Short Text Classification
abstract
In many studies, the graph convolution neural networks were used to solve different natural language processing (NLP) problems. However, few researches employ graph convolutional network for text classification, especially for short text classification. In this work, a special text graph of the short-text corpus is created, and then a short-text graph convolutional network (STGCN) is developed. Specifically, different topic models for short text are employed, and a short text short-text graph based on the word co-occurrence, document word relations, and text topic information, is developed. The word and sentence representations generated by the STGCN are considered as the classification feature. In addition, a pre-trained word vector obtained by the BERTs hidden layer is employed, which greatly improves the classification effect of our model. The experimental results show that our model outperforms the state-of-the-art models on multiple short text datasets.
