| 2011 | Continuous monitoring of the ground surface change in Sakurajima volcano using RADARSAT-2 dataabstractWe applied C-band SAR data acquired by RADARSAT-2 to examine ground surface changes in the active volcanic field. In the active volcano area, the observation of secondary disaster with rainfall is also important as well as direct influence by the volcanic eruption. By continuous monitoring, we generated a change detection image from the Spotlight mode data (1m resolution). By using the change detection images and also by field survey, sand movements with debris flow and ground surface change by eruption were extracted. We concluded that continuous monitoring using the SAR is effective for preventing volcanic disaster. Masayuki Sakagami, Hisashi Sasaki, Takumi Sato, Akiko Kasuga, Hirokazu Muraki, Koichi Iribe |

| 1999 | A Formal Semantics for Verilog-VHDL Simulation Interoperability by Abstact State MachineabstractA formal semantic analysis for Verilog-HDL and VHDL is provided in order to give the simulation model especially focusing on signal scheduling and timing control mechanism. Our semantics is faithful to LRM and is expected to become a coherent first step for a future semantic interoperability analysis on multisemantic-domain such as Verilog-ARMS and VHDL-AMS. By ignoring the differences of the two simulation cycles, we can use the common semantic functions and the common simulation cycle. Hisashi Sasaki |

| 1986 | Global Storage Allocation in Attribute EvaluationabstractGlobal storage allocation for attributes in an attribute grammar evaluator is discussed and an algorithm for determining if a given set of attribute occurrences can share a common global storage is obtained.
